Welcome table- Assists attendees check-in Shift 1 11 am- 1pm
Welcome table- Assists attendees check-in Shift 2 1pm- 3 pm
Cool Down Tent- helps keep water and ice stocked for participants needing to cool down.
Games: Helps set up an run games ( Potato sack race, water balloon battle, Tug-of-War)
Take Down and clean up 3-5 pm
